How the rooms are arranged
Mawar Residence holds three rooms across the property: an upper-floor suite, a side wing room, and a separate cottage at the rear. Each has a different configuration and rate; each is suited to a different guest and a different duration of stay. All enquiries are handled by correspondence and reservations are confirmed in writing before any deposit is taken.
The rates below are inclusive as described. There are no additional charges at checkout beyond the rate agreed at the time of reservation.

Upper Floor
Rose Garden Suite
An upper-floor suite overlooking the rose garden at the rear of the property. The room comprises a queen bed, a separate sitting room with a writing alcove, a small kitchenette, and a private bathroom with a deep tub. The rose canopy shades the room in the morning and the garden opens to view in the late afternoon. Often chosen by guests on long stays — academics, writers, family members on extended visits.

A modest, comfortable room on the side wing of the house, with a queen bed, a writing desk, and a private bathroom across the corridor. The room receives soft morning light through bamboo screens and is well-suited to a guest staying three to seven nights. The rate includes a sit-down breakfast in the dining room, the use of the resident library, and afternoon tea served in the rear court on weekdays.

A separate cottage at the back of the property, beside the kitchen garden. The cottage includes a sitting area, a separate sleeping alcove, a small kitchen, and a private bathroom. It is suited to long-stay guests — visitors of family, researchers on sabbatical, or those between homes. The rate includes weekly housekeeping and laundry.
